As venture capitalists since our inception in 2007, we’ve made over 70 investments and more than 55 exits. Presently we have 12 investments in companies across India.

 

We offer investments at varying levels backing early-stage to high growth enterprises and companies in sectors like agricultural, healthcare, ecommerce, amid others. Our investment size is in between 5 lac to 5 crore; we also attempt to generate returns through social and environmental investments.

 

We offer marketing support & business development support; we also help our clients to build and implement strategies for corporate partnerships and alliances.

 

We fund businesses and offer expertise to companies at various stages. Against funding we may take minority stake in business or as agreed. We may hold the investments for about 3 and 5 years, post which we generally take a mutually beneficial business decision. We may offer you to buy our share, be acquired by another company, propose to float on the stock exchange, etc.
